Spacious bedroom. Comfortable pillows and bed. Location adjacent to the suburbs, and the airport and to the train station.

The room here was spacious and clean with modern amenities like a big TV with cable and a safe for my laptop, and the staff were always friendly and helpful, no complaints at all.

The location is great and comfy for Arlington Heights, close to the airport and in a decent neighborhood. The shuttle service provided easy access to shopping and attractions. The rooms were enjoyable, especially with the plush bathrobes provided.

The room we stayed in was spacious and came with luxurious bathrobes. The employees helped us arrange a shuttle to the airport. The hotel is conveniently located near malls, airports, freeways, restaurants, and downtown. Great and comfy location.

the heater and air-con in the room made huge noise. One cannot go to sleep with it. So, I had to turn it off before sleeping. the room was not warm without air-con. The fan outside the room made noise, I changed another quiet room. The shuttle service must be reserved when make reservation, it is not clearly written in your web. Your Chinese version said the wifi is only available in public area, which made confusion to the customers. In fact it is also available in the room.

It's too far from the airport and the shuttle service is a bit confusing. And it's not good or bad but just a fact- there are 2 double trees Hiltons that are offered when u choose ohare airport through the Booked.net! Don't come to the wrong one:)

The staff here were so friendly and really made sure I had everything I needed. I'll definitely be back! Having a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge in my room was a nice touch. 🌟

Booked a room with plush bathrobes. Location: the hotel was just next door to airports, shopping with shuttle service and the train station. The good service and shuttle to the airport far exceeded our expectations.

In my room, there was a brand-new king bed 🛏️ with a cooling system to keep it comfy. I also spotted vending machines for snacks handy if hunger strikes. They even had a microwave oven, coffee and tea makers ☕, and a fridge chilling there waiting for me.

The breakfast here is satisfactory with plenty of food and beverages, the staff are consistently courteous, and the services offered include plenty of fantastic delicacies.

Luxuriate in the presidential suite which comes equipped with top-notch air conditioning and convenient vending machines. Don't forget to enjoy the cool pool area - it's a delightful spot to unwind after a long day! 🏊‍♂️
